2. Heard the learned counsel for the plaintiff and Mr.S.Vedhavel, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. As per the direction of this Court, the plaintiff has remitted the cost of Rs.1,00,000/- to Cancer Institute on 20.11.2020.

The receipt of the said amount has also been acknowledged by the Cancer Institute. The Memo of Compliance is also taken on record.

4. In view of the above, this matter is closed.
