O R D E R

The learned Additional Advocate General would submit that as against the order of this Court dated 16.04.2019 passed in W.P.No.12683 of 2005, the respondents have filed an application seeking for review of the order in Review Application (SR) No.21488 of 2021 and this Court has also ordered notice in the condone delay application. 2.Since the Review Application is under consideration before me, the present Contempt Petition need not be kept pending or adjudicated parallely. However, if liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy subject to the outcome of the Review Application, the ends of justice could be secured.

3.In the light of the above observation and without going into the merits of the averments in the Contempt Petition, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Contempt Petition subject to the outcome of the Review Application.
