This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 161 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A against the decree and judgment dated 21.06.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.90 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Mettur. 2.Mr.M.R.Jothimanian, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent submitted that he has no serious objections in allowing the above application.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also the fact that the respondent has no serious objections in allowing the present petition, and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for.
