ORDER

This Court, by order dated 12.12.2013 in W.P.No.33716 of 2013, has directed the respondent herein to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 05.12.2012 & 06.07.2013 and to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.Since the said order passed by this Court has not been complied with within the stipulated time, the present https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has passed an order in Na.Ka.No.P3/9588/2010 dated 24.09.2014, rejecting the petitioner's representations; as such, the order of this Court has been complied with.

4.Since the petitioner's representations were considered and disposed of as per the order of this Court, nothing survives in the contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the respondent, he is at liberty to file an appropriate legal proceedings in the manner known to law.
