PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ or order or orders or direction particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to implement the proceedings of the Director of School Education, DPI campus, College Road, Chennai600 006, the 2nd respondent herein, dated 22.12.2015 having Ref.No.92931/C1-E1/15 comprising a panel of promoted PG Assistants and BT Assistants in the order of seniority in the cadre of BT Assistants by appointing the panel lists in the said proceedings to the post of High School Head Master in Government and Government Aided schools.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the writ petitioners made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the case of the writ petitioners had been considered and accordingly, the writ petitioners were promoted to the post of Head Master, High School, except the first writ petitioner who is otherwise not eligible with reference to the rules.

2. In view of the fact that the grievances of the writ petitioners had already been redressed, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No Costs.
