ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.18613 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29142 of 2024, dated 03.01.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of one week, thereafter, every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.18613 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29142 of 2024, dated 03.01.2025 is relaxed. 4.
