ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd Respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint given to the 3rd respondent dated 04.02.2016 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 04.02.2016 given by the petitioner, the dispute essentially appears to be matrimonial in nature. It is alleged by the petitioner that her husband and other persons are spreading false propaganda against her and she was also assaulted. However, there is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

wound certificate since it does not disclose any cognisable offence. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
