ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to dispose of the Petitioner Association's representations dated 03.01.2022 and 03.03.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Pending writ petition, the petitioner was permitted to retire from

service. The order of retirement is also under challenge before this Court in W.P.No.14892 of 2022. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
