O R D E R

This petition has been filed not to harass the petitioner and his family members by the respondents 1 to 3, based on the fourth respondent complaint dated 24.01.2020 with regard to certain alleged Civil transaction, without due process of law. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, a case has been registered as against the petitioner and two others in Crime No.9 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 294 (b), 406, 420 and 506 (2) of IPC. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is devoid of merits. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
