ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 307, 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.79 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioners herein due to political rivalry at the time of local body election have stabbed the defacto complainant with knife causing puncture wound on the molar aspects and also cut injury on the thumb. The injured defacto complainant was in the hospital as in patient and very recently discharged from the hospital.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the other accused have released on bail and the injured is discharged from the hospital.
