O.A.Nos.14 and 15 of 2018 & A.Nos.161 of 2018 and 5836 of 2018 M.SUNDAR.J., Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of separate proceedings made in O.P.No.298 of 2019 wherein prayer seeking partial setting aside of the award dated 09.10.2017 insofar as it relates to rejection of counter claim of the Contractor has been allowed.

2. In the light of the order in main OP, captioned applications are disposed of as closed making it clear that the parties will stand governed by the order made in O.P.No.298 of 2019 There shall be no order as to costs.
