This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners without due process of law.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by one Selvapriya, enquiry has been conducted in CSR https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
No.179 of 2022 and the same has been closed on 20.03.2022. He would further submit that as of now no case is pending against the petitioners and that the respondents police are not harassing the petitioners.
3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondents police shall not call the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and harass them.
4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
