J U D G M E N T

This civil miscellaneous appeal has been directed against the impugned award passed by the learned Motor Vehicles Accident Claims Tribunal cum Chief Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram in M.C.O.P.No.65 of 2011 dated 04.02.2013 awarding only a sum of Rs.15,000/-.

2.Since this court is not able to see any merits in the appeal, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the award passed for the injury suffered by the claimant in the accident took place on 29.08.2007. Therefore, the civil miscellaneous appeal fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. 3.The appellant is directed to deposit the award amount to the credit of MCOP No.65 of 2011 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Villupuram within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit, the claimant is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

withdraw the award amount by moving appropriate application before the Tribunal.
