PRAYER :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, pleased to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 11.11.2024 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.1097 of 2023 by the VII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai and consequently allow the I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.1097 of 2023 on the file of the VII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

The above application was filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.1097 of 2023 by the VII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.
2.Today an affidavit has been filed by the fourth respondent where 2/6
in paragraph number three has been stated as follows:- 3.It is submitted that, based on the complaint alleging that her mother Indhirani, aged 65 was missing, FIR was registered in Crime No.832 of 2013 under Section "Woman Missing" on 30.12.2013. In this connection investigation was conducted at Government Hospital, Old Age homes, Railway Stations, Bus stands, and also published about missing in news papers. The case is still under investigation. 3.The above statement clearly shows that for the last fifteen years the Police authorities have not been able to trace the petitioner's mother Indhirani. The above statement would be in compliance with the relief claimed by the petitioner seeking the production of non-traceable certificate. The affidavit has been sworn to and filed into the Court by the fourth respondent. Therefore, recording the statement in paragraph number three of the affidavit, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
