Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 25.11.2015 for the grant of Contract Carriage Omni bus permit (dealt with in R.No.56760/A3/2015, R.No.56761/A3/2015, R.No. 56762/A3/2015, and R.No.56763/A3/2015) respectively forthwith.

The said applications have not been either considered or rejected. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

Taking into consideration the limited scope of the relief sought for in these Writ Petitions, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's applications dated 25.11.2015 if the same are in order and if they are pending before the respondent, and pass appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
