Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writs of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry and pass order on the petitioners' representations dated 12.07.2017 (in W.P.Nos.21095 and 21096 of 2017) and 20.07.2017 (in W.P.Nos.21097 to 21099 of 2017) within specific time.

Spl.Govt. Pleader (H.R & C.E) COMMON ORDER The petitioners have filed the above writ petitions to issue writs of mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders on the petitioners' representations dated 12.07.2017 (W.P.Nos.21095 and 21096 of 2017) and 20.07.2017 (W.P.Nos.21097 to 21099 of 2017) within a time frame.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that in spite of the petitioners' representations dated 12.07.2017 and 20.07.2017 respectively, the second respondent has not passed any order so far.

3. Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the second respondent may be directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law within a time frame, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petitions, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioners' representations dated 12.07.2017 and 20.07.2017 respectively and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this direction, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
