ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to dispose the case in C.C.No.134 of 2016 within a fixed time frame. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that charge sheet was laid by the respondent under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 r/w 34 IPC. The trial commenced before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Hosur in C.C.No.134 of 2016. The petition was numbered as C.M.P.No.1231 of 2018, the same was filed in the month of June 2018 and the counter was filed by the petitioner long back and still the petition is kept pending, thereby, the petitioner is put to severe prejudice as all the settlement and other benefits of the petitioner is still lying with his employer, IOB, Defacto complainant. The petitioner ought to have attained superannuation during the year 2013 itself and he was terminated just few days before his superannuation. case is pending he could not enjoy his retirement benefits till date. Accordingly prays for appropriate orders.

3.Considering the long pendency, this Court is inclined to direct the Judicial Magistrate-II, Hosur to dispose the case in C.C.No.134 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original petition stands disposed of.
