This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to investigate an F.I.R.No.132 of 2014 dated 28.11.2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent and to file a final report.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.132 of 2014 has been registered by the respondent police.
