O R D E R

1. To be noted, this Court, in connected petition filed against the very same respondent company, i.e., Deepa Panels Pvt.Ltd., vide order dated 21.4.2016, has admitted the said petition. 1.1. This company petition, in which order dated 21.4.2016 has been passed, is numbered as:CP 263 of 2015. The cause title of the said petition is M/s. Pennar Industries Limited vs. Deepa Panels Pvt.Ltd.

2. To be noted while admitting CP: 263 of 2016, the Official Liquidator attached to this Court has been appointed as the Provisional Liquidator.

3. Mr.Ramaiah, who is present in Court, says that possession of assets of the respondent company has been taken over. Accordingly, the captioned petition has run its course, albeit, via, CP:263 of 2015.

4. In view of the same, the captioned petition is closed with liberty to the petitioning creditor to approach the Official Liquidator for preferring its claim in accordance with law.

5. Consequently, connected application: 576 of 2015 is also closed.
