This petition is filed to condone the delay of 61 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Venkataswamy Babu, learned counsel for the respondents.

The delay is 61 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 61 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
