] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 481 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal as against the judgement made in S.C.No.123 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, dated 23.08.2022.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
