O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to give protection to the petitioner and his family against one Mr.Venkatesh Reddy and one Thimma Reddy and their henchmen, by
considering his representation dated 28.12.2016. 2.It is stated by the petitioner that the said Venkatesh Reddy and Thimma Reddy, are committing atrocities and they asked for the property owned by the petitioner in S.No.107, Sokkanathapuram Village, Nalur Post, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, for the purpose of pathway for running the vehicles, for which the petitioner has refused. The said persons made false allegations against the petitioner before the District Collector, Krishnagiri District, and the Sub-Collector enquired into the matter, which ended in favour of the petitioner. Thereafter, the said persons have blocked the water tank in S.No.85/1 and are now constructing pathway in that place, for the passage of vehicles. The petitioner states that he has given a representation dated 28.12.2016 to all the respondents to take proper action against these persons, but the same has not been considered till now. Hence this writ petition. 3.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the District Collector, Krishnagiri District, the first respondent herein, is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.12.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
