Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondnet (Adjudicating Authority) to provide an opportunity to the petitioner to adduce documentary evidence sought to be relied upon by the petitioner and also direct the 1st respondent to conduct a fair trial in accordance with the principles of natural justice by exercising the statutory powers under Section 18, 19 and 26 of the Prohibition of Benami Property Transaction Act, 1988.
