seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30905 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025 in Crime No.24 of 2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30905 of 2025 vide order dated 13.11.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly once for investigation.
