Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus to consider the representation dated 28.06.2017 by way of direction or any other appropriate writ to the respondent No.2 sent by the petitioner directions Director General of Police Tamil Nadu Police not to interfere in the Banned Gutkha sale Bribery case investigations and prosecutions being carried out by the Income Tax Department along with the Tamil Nadu Police and to rescue themselves from these cases and further the Honourable Court of Madras to appoint a SIT to investigate the abuse of authority committed by

the Director General of Police in order to scuttle inquiries investigations and prosecutions being carried out by the Income Tax Department in the banned Gutkha sale Bribery Case and further issue a writ of mandamus by way of direction or any other appropriate writ to the respondent no.1 and 5 directing the respondent 1 and 5 to file a status report regarding the implementation of the recommendations of the Supreme Court in Prakas Singh case in appointment of the DGP by way of setting up of a State Security Commission in every State.
