ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 09.09.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28372 of 2015 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Pa.Mu.2991/2015/A dated 07.04.2017. A copy of the said proceedings has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, the contempt petition stands closed.
