ORDER

The learned Additional Advocate General had forwarded a copy of the proceedings of the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Villuppuram Range, Villupuram dated 18.02.225 by which proceedings, the petitioner was released from suspension.

2. The Superintendent of Police, Kallakurichi District had also passed consequential order releasing the petitioner from suspension by order again dated 18.03.2025.

3. The issues raised in this Writ Petition have become infructuous. The Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. No order as to costs. 20.03.2025 vsg Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No Speaking / Non Speaking Order
