the first respondent submitted that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.99 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent police and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruvallur, on 26.09.2023.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
