Crime No.11 of 2025 ..Respondent Prayer: This Criminal Revision petition is filed under Section 438 r/w. 442 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to set aside the order dated 17.03.2025 made in Cr.M.P.No.136 of 2025 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam in Crime No.11 of 2025 on the file of the Inspector of Police, PEW-Tindivanam Police Station, Villupuram District. ORDER

When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the subject vehicle bearing Registration No. TN-14-AJ-8088 (Honda Activa DLX Scooty) had already been auctioned as early as on 25.06.2026. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Criminal Revision Case.

2. This Court is of the view that in light of the above submission, no further orders are required to be passed in the revision. However, if the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the auction of the property, she is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
