A.No.1831 of 2023 in C.S.No.501 of 2018 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J., This application has been filed to receive the documents as secondary evidence in the suit.
2. According to the applicant, the original/certified copies of the documents are seized by the CBI and secondary evidences are available with the applicant. Therefore, seeks to mark those documents to prove its case.
3. Though the learned counsel for the respondents objected the application by stating that those documents are only secondary evidences, this Court is of the view that all the objections can be raised at the time of marking documents and the documents will be received subject to proof and relevancy and the proof and relevancy will be decided at the time of placing arguments.
