ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also filed WMP.No.7147/2017 to that effect. The learned counsel also sought liberty to file a fresh writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the submission made, WMP.No.7147/2017 is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for by the petitioner, is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition in CMP.No.5198/2017 is also dismissed.
