Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the Petitioner's Application dated 09.02.2021 under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and the Tamil Nadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009 by giving sufficient notices and 1/4
opportunities to the 4th respondent and conclude the same within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble court.

3.Mr.V.Jayachandran, learned counsel takes notice for the fourth respondent.
4.This Court now directs the second respondent to hold an enquiry and give a proper and effective hearing to all those who are likely to be affected by his decision and to dispose of the matter within a period of 2/4
