COMMON ORDER All the writ petitions have been filed challenging the condition No.3 of Official Memorandum dated 19.06.2020 in No.8325/2019-PP II issued by the first respondent. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that already the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat passed order setting aside the clause concerned and in pursuant to the said order, the first respondent has also withdrawn the said clause which is under challenge in these writ petitions.

Recording the above submission, all the writ petitions are closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
