(CR.NO.124 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 AM till filing charge sheet in Crl MP No.11016 of 2021 in Crl OP No.7470 of 2021 on 28.10.2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SUBBURAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.MP.No.11016 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.7470 of 2021 dated 28.10.2021. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
