S.No.578/3-A now S.No. 578/3-A 578/3-B East-West 50 feet South-North 30 feet Totally 1500 sq.f. site and the building thereon belonged to the petitioner by considering the online Challan No.20230522007676 dated 22-05-2023 and Application No.2024 / 0123 / 36 / 000177 dated 10-01-2024 with in time frame as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to measure the property situated in Vellore District now Tirupattur District Tirupattur Taluk A.K.Mottur Village. i. S.No.3/2 dry acre 4.50 ii. S.No.578/3-A now S.No. 578/3-A 578/3-B Totally 1500 sq.f. site and the building thereon belonged to the petitioner by considering the online Challan No.20230522007676 dated 2205-2023 and Application No.2024 / 0123 / 36 / 000177 dated 10-01-2024 within time frame as stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the he is the absolute owner of the 2/5

subject property measuring to a total extent of 1500 sq.ft. by way of registered settlement deed dated 02.04.2018 and he is in possession and enjoyment of the property from the date of its settlement. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner has given an application through online on 10.01.2024 to measure his property by paying necessary charges. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 10.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
