The Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking an early disposal of OS.No.356 of 2019 and OS.No.13 of 2019, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Attur, Salem, respectively.
2. From the B Diary extracts of OS.No.356 of 2019, the subject matter of CRP.No.949 of 2025, it is seen that the above suit has been 2/5
pending for trial since 01.10.2021. Pending the suit, interlocutory application had been filed and the same had been finally disposed of. Thereafter, the matter was listed for trial since 04.12.2021 and the same is yet to be taken up for evidence.
3. From the B Diary extracts of OS.No.13 of 2019, the subject matter of CRP.No.950 of 2025, it is seen that the above suit is pending at the stage of Part heard.
4. Taking into consideration the above fact, the Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. The learned Trial Judge is directed to conclude the trial within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
