ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the land and demarcate the petitioner's share and issue the Separate patta in petitioner's name in respect of land admeasuring to an extent of 0.49 cents comprised in Punjai New survey No.212/9 situated at Kothandramapuram village, Cuddalore Taluk and Cuddalore District by considering the petitioner's online application to the 2nd respondent dated 21.11.2023 and the petitioner's representation to the respondents dated 22.11.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the official respondents would submit that there is a civil suit pending with regard to the subject property in O.S.No.162 of 2023 before the II-Additional Sub-ordinate Judge, Cuddalore wherein, an Advocate Commissioner has already appointed for the purpose of conducting survey and demarcating the properties. Therefore, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submissions made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
