Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (b) imposted on the petitioner that he should report before the respondent daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P. No.2424 of 2022 dated 25.02.2022 by this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.C.PAUL KANAGARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2424 of 2022 by an order dated 25.02.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect reporting once in a week instead of daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.
