ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent Police Inspector of Police, F-3, Nungambakkam Police Station, Chennai-34, to act at once on complaint dated 22.04.2016 sent through the Commissioner of Police, Chennai-600 007, to register First Information Report, and to investigate.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the landlord is not permitting the petitioner to replace the electricity fuse carrier.

4. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that, there is a dispute between the landlord and tenant. The dispute is civil in nature.

5. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
