This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at every day at 10:30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1922 of 2025 dated 28.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police at every day at 10:30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1922 of 2025 dated 28.01.2025. is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 14.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police, Veeraganur Police Station, Salem District.
