(Order of the Court was made by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH., J.) The petitioner has not been arrayed as a party in W.P.No. 20243 of 2024. In that writ petition, the prayer was challenge to notice dated 19.06.2024 refusing to register settlement deed dated 13.05.2024 executed by the writ petitioner to and in favour of her son Mr.Boobalakrishnan.

The settlement deed has not been marked in O.S.No. 930 of 2023 in Additional District Court, Coimbatore seeking partition of the family properties. In fact, according to the petitioner, he has, in the capacity of plaintiff in the partition suit has obtained an interim direction by way of status quo in respect of alienation or creating of charges on the family properties. A prima facie perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition also does not indicate that the disclosure has been made about the partition suit pending before the Additional District Court, Coimbatore in O.S.No. 930 of 2023.
