OP.No.102 of 2015 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., On an earlier occasion, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions from his client. Therefore, Registry is directed to print the name of the petitioner alongwith the counsel for the petitioner in cause list and the matter was directed to be listed today. Accordingly, their names have been printed in cause list. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner again reported no instructions from the petitioner.

2.All these facts clearly indicate that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution.

KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., dn 3.Accordingly, this Original Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
