Seeking permission to amend the name of the 8th respondent/8th defendant as Yoganandan instead of Yogaraj in short cause title, long cause title and statement of address in the above suit, the applicant has come up with this application. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. There is no serious objection on the side of the defendants for allowing the application.
