NO. 05/2020 (ON THE FILE OF RESPONDENT POLICE) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition i.e., The Petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police twice a day daily at 10.30 A.M and 5.30 P.m for a period of 30 days, Thereafter, report daily 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court against the First Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.1984 of 2020 on 30.01.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.MOHAN RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 30.01.2020 in Cr.O.P.No.1984 of 2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter, report daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice a week i.e. on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 12/03/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
