CRIME NO.348 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10:AM until further orders in Crl.OP.2941 of 2022 order dated 10.02.2022 by this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M.J.JASEEM MOHAMED, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.2941 of 2022 dated 10.02.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer once in a week instead of daily at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.
