ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.31756 of 2024 dated 28.01.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition for 27 days and there is no previous case pending against the petitioner.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.31756 of 2024 dated 28.01.2025, is modified. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, twice a month i.e., on 1st and 3rd Monday, until further orders.
4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, is ordered accordingly. 28.02.2025 ars 2/3
