: U.Karunakaran COMMON ORDER These present Civil Revision Petitions are laid by the petitioner seeking for a direction for a speedy disposal of the R.C.O.P.Nos. 43 and 55 of 2015 within the time fixed by this Court.

2.The Rent Controller I (District Munsif), Puducherry is now required to dispose of both the R.C.O.P.Nos. 43 and 55 of 2015 which are pending between the same parties, preferably and jointly within a period of four (4) months from the date of communication of this order excluding the Summer Holidays - 2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
