O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to alter the offence under Section 341, 294(b), 323, 324 I.P.C in Crime No.159/2016, on the file of the 3rd respondent and to put the correct Sections as 341, 294 (b), 323, 324, 326, 506(ii) IPC by considering the petitioner representation dated 03.02.2020.

It is seen, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent register the case in Crime No.159 of 2016, for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324 of IPC. Now the petitioner has requested to alter the offences. 3.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

While investigation, if there are ingredients to attract the offences as alleged by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to alter the FIR accordingly. 5.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
