This petition has been filed to appoint the petitioner herein as the Guardian of the person of the minor child Naveen born on 06.08.2003 currently aged about 11 years.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo for withdrawing this original petition stating that the minor child pertains to this petitioner to be attaining his majority in the month of August, 2021. He further submitted that the petitioner is not intended to preceding with the original petition. Hence, the Memo filed by the petitioner is recorded.
