(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Habeas corpus petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed by the second respondent against the detenu - VIJAYAN@ VOOSAVADAI VIJAYAN in BDFGISSV NO.1126/2014 dated 03/09/2014.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order of detention has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.5527, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 31.10.2014. Copy of the said Government Order, submitted to this Court, shall form part of the record.
